Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open SnapScore and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us at snapscore570@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and email address.
  • Your meal photos stored with your account.
  • Your meal data — scores, macros, food names, notes, and history.
  • Your activity — streaks, goals, league standing, and settings.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Limited billing records may be retained by our payment processor (Stripe) only where required by law; these contain no meal data.
