Acceptance

By creating an account or using SnapScore, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What SnapScore is

SnapScore is an AI-powered food logging tool that provides estimated health scores and macro breakdowns from meal photos. It is provided for informational and tracking purposes only.

SnapScore is not a medical service. AI-generated scores and macro estimates are approximations and should not be used to make medical, dietary, or clinical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or nutritional advice.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not use SnapScore for any illegal or harmful purpose.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free and Pro plans

SnapScore offers a free tier with a limited number of daily scans and a Pro tier with unlimited scans and additional features. Pricing is displayed in the app and may change with notice. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your content

You own the photos and notes you submit. By submitting them, you grant SnapScore a limited license to process them in order to provide the service (e.g. sending a photo to the AI model for analysis and storing the result for your history). We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Submit photos that are not food or that violate applicable law.
• Use the service in a way that could harm other users or Anthropic's AI systems.
• Circumvent scan limits or subscription checks.

Disclaimers

SnapScore is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated scores or macro data. We are not liable for decisions made based on information provided by the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
